‘Monster of Cherbourg’ on trial for raping Frenchwoman Mégane into a month-long coma with broomstick

The suspect repeatedly raped Mégan, including with a 29-inch-long broom handle. She arrived at the hospital with life-threatening internal injuries so horrific that medical staff wept and needed psychological counseling.

Mégane arrived at the hospital with life-threatening internal injuries, including perforations of her colon, small intestine, peritoneum, and diaphragm. She also suffered a collapsed lung and fractured ribs.

Emergency responders who attended the scene were offered psychological care and support, with many emergency responders also breaking down in tears at the condition of the victim, France Bleu reported at the time.

“Investigators are shocked, they have never seen so much barbarity,” one source familiar with the case told France Bleu.

U.K. Officials Warn Schools: Student Artwork Could Run Afoul of Sharia

For the past few years, municipal councils in northern England have instructed schoolteachers to refrain from asking students to draw images of Jesus or Muhammad or even the human figure because the “three-dimensional figurative imagery of humans is considered idolatrous by some Muslims.”

The guidance to schools on “sensitivity and awareness around faiths and beliefs” has sparked outrage, with public intellectuals and Christian voices condemning it as an attempt to impose Shariah law on schools and accusing it of co-opting biblical characters as Muslim prophets.

A 32-page booklet, which effectively imposes Islamic codes of behavior on non-Muslims was first issued in 2022. The booklet, titled Sharing the Journey, distributed in cities with large Muslim populations, including Leeds, Doncaster, Calderdale, Oldham, and Wakefield, encouraged teachers to listen to Muslim parents over “sensitivities” about their children participating in certain forms of art, dance, drama, music, and physical and religious education.

“It is very important that the school understands this and is also careful not to ask its students to reproduce images of Jesus, the Prophet Mohammed, or other figures considered to be prophets in Islam. Some Muslim pupils may not wish to draw the human figure,” the guidance states.

The booklet did not arouse much objection in 2022, but its reissuance in 2026 has prompted an outcry from politicians and intellectuals who object to state-funded schools enforcing Islamic codes of conduct on non-Muslim students.

“Can it REALLY now be an official government diktat that children in primary school, say, are forbidden to draw Adam & Eve in the Garden of Eden or the baby Jesus in the manger?” award-winning historian, author, and broadcaster, Tom Holland asked on X.

“After all, if it’s a Muslim tradition not to illustrate the Biblical figures appropriated by Islam as prophets, there is also quite a strong Christian tradition of portraying Biblical scenes in art—as will be more than clear to students when they go on trips to art galleries,” Holland observed.

No-Go Zones Increase Prospect of Civil War, Experts Warn

An investigation has uncovered no fewer than 1,000 no-go zones spanning seven European countries. The research establishes a direct correlation between mass immigration, Islamization, and the creation of no-go zones governed by hardline Islamist doctrines.

“No-go zones are highly correlated to Islam,” the study titled No-Go Zones: Immigration, Islamisation, and the Rise of Parallel Societies finds. It warns that such zones are the result of Muslim demographic concentration, “rigid” Islamist ideologies, and an insular retreat from civic norms.

“These zones are not merely spatial anomalies but spatial-material manifestations of socio-religious disintegration in contexts of high migration from Muslim-majority regions,” the study published by New Direction—Foundation for European Conservatism in March concludes.

It finds that 63 percent of jihadi terrorists who attacked Europe between 2010 and 2025 had a “verified link” to a no-go zone and notes that these areas, with high rates of youth unemployment, “offer fertile ground for Salafist propaganda, which presents an alternative and valorizing identity.”

Civil War On the Horizon

If the trend is not reversed, the “risk of violent confrontations is real,” the research predicts. It cites Prof David Betz, from the Department of War Studies, King’s College London, warning: “Civil war thus emerges as a dual threat: military and security-related on the one hand, civilizational and cultural on the other.”

The research credits Daniel Pipes, founder of the Middle East Forum, with first popularizing the nomenclature of “no-go zones” in academic and public discourse.

In a blog compilation titled “The 751 No-Go Zones of France,” Pipes wrote that the French government alone counted 751 “partial no‑go zones,” since state representatives, especially the police, “can only enter with massive power for temporary periods of time.”

The New Direction study, however, laments scholarly reluctance to use the term. Instead, it notes, academics prefer substituting “no-go zones” with phrases like “parallel societies,” “ethnic enclaves,” or “zones of urban marginality.”

The research focuses on seven EU countries where no-go zones are most reported: France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Sweden, and the Netherlands. It cites findings from the Migration Research Institute, Budapest, which estimates that there are now 900 to 1,000 areas across Europe exhibiting the key characteristics of no-go zones.

Eastern Europe Spared the Threat of No-Go Zones

Using 11 indicators like homicide, sexual violence, riots, antisemitism, attacks on police or firefighters, and state withdrawal, the New Directions study classifies the areas into low-risk zone, high-risk zone, confirmed no-go zone, severe no-go zone, and critical no-go zone.

The indicators classify localities such as Saint-Denis/Aubervilliers and La Castellane (Marseille) in France, Molenbeek in Belgium, and Malmö and Rosengård in Sweden as “critical” no-go zones. Neukölln in Berlin, Raval in Barcelona, Borgerhout in Antwerp, Aurora in Turin, and Angered in Gothenburg are classified as “severe” no-go zones. Rome’s Termini Station, within walking distance from the Vatican, is classified as a “high-risk” zone.

Muslims are “markedly overrepresented” in no-go zones with an average of 29%, the study finds. European countries “with the highest national concentrations of Muslim populations also appear to be those with the highest density of no-go zones.” But countries with lower Muslim populations, like Hungary or the Czech Republic, exhibit few to no comparable zones.

Hamas Officials’ Family and Affiliates Established and Staffed Top Dallas Private School

The Brighter Horizons Academy in North Texas Was Established and Run by Figures Involved with Convicted Hamas Operatives and Designated Terror Organizations; Uses Curricula Developed In-House that Teaches Children to Hate.

Government bodies must investigate Texas K-12 schools established and run by persons and organizations with direct ties to designated terrorist organizations, urge leading reformist Muslim voices.

Following the Middle East Forum’s January report on Islamist efforts to secure public funding in Texas, a new investigation indicates that a private Islamist-run school and radical curricula provider in the Dallas suburbs, previously established and staffed by Hamas-aligned operatives, are today teaching children hatred of “disbelievers” and lauding the work of banned terror charities.

Previous school staff appear to have included two close relatives of the Doha-based Hamas leader Khaled Mishal, family members of convicted terrorists, a deported Hamas operative, and an unindicted co-conspirator in America’s largest terror financing trial.

Radical Curricula

Brighter Horizons Academy, based in the city of Garland, is a subsidiary of the Islamic Services Foundation (ISF), a leading Islamist curricula publisher that produces and disseminates textbooks, written by leading Islamist operatives, to private Islamist-run schools across the country.

ISF curricula and textbooks, which are used at its Brighter Horizons Academy, include a series of publications with names such as “I Love Islam,” “Learning Islam,” and “Living Islam.” Several of the textbooks acquired by the Middle East Forum teach young children open hatred towards non-Muslims.

I Love Islam: Level 2 preaches: “Those who reject (truth), among the People of the Book and among the pagans, will be in the Hellfire, to stay there. They are the worst of creatures.”

Lebanese Oligarch works freely as an asset of the Muslim Brotherhood in France and Portugal

On February 26, just 48 hours before the Israel-US strikes against Iran, Emmanuel Macron personally awarded his friend Rodolphe Saadé with the rank of Officer of the Legion of Honour in a private Élysée ceremony. No official photos were released.

Born in Beirut, Lebanon, in 1970, Saadé is a libanese oligarch and CEO of the Marseille-based shipping group CMA CGM, the world’s third-largest shipping company. His family moved to France in 1978, but he retains strong ties to his heritage, as well as with Macron.

Saadé's company has long-standing ties to the Muslim Brotherhood through ports controlled by Hezbollah. After the 2020 Beirut port explosion (caused by Hezbollah-stored explosives), Macron visited Lebanon accompanied by his best friend. In return for France’s silence on Hezbollah’s weapons caches and its role in arms trafficking, CMA CGM secured the lucrative container terminal contract in Beirut.

Rodolphe Saadé's empire also operates in Portugal. Through his subsidiary CEVA Logistics, Saadé's CMA CGM Group has a significant footprint in transportation and logistics. His company interacted with the Portuguese government which was led by the Socialist Party from 2015 to early 2024 under António Costa on a commercial level. Saadé has met with Costa, mainly to discuss trade and maritime logistics.
