Imigrantes: O milagre das casas e o aumento dos vencimentos

 


Entre 2020 e 2024, o número de imigrantes em Portugal passou de 666 mil para 1,546 milhões - um aumento de 43%. Para alojar esses 1,546 milhões, a um "ratio" de 20 pessoas por casa, terão sido necessárias, no mínimo, 73 mil habitações. A média nacional de residentes por habitação é de 2,5 pessoas. Se estes números fossem aplicados aos 1,5 milhões de imigrantes, seriam necessárias 618 mil habitações. 

Mesmo assim, é estranho que se tenham encontrado 73 mil habitações disponíveis, para alugar a grupos de 20 imigrantes, cada uma. Com o reagrupamento familiar, que poderá trazer mais 3 milhões de imigrantes, no total, seriam necessárias mais 150 mil habitações, mantendo-se o mesmo "ratio" de 20 residentes por habitação. 

A nova legislação sobre reagrupamento familiar que o governo vai apresentar definirá um "ratio" máximo de residentes por cada habitação, naquilo que é considerado alojamento adequado, previsto na lei actual como uma das condições necessárias ao reagrupamento familiar. 

O imigrante requerente terá que apresentar documentos que comprovem o número de divisões da habitação, sendo necessário provar que esse "ratio" é compatível com a dimensão do seu agregado familiar. Admitindo que 50 mil imigrantes solicitem o reagrupamento familiar, com uma média de 4 elementos por agregado familiar, no total, seriam necessárias 12 mil habitações - um número que está muito longe da disponibilidade do mercado nacional, para pessoas com baixos rendimentos.

Mas a juntar a este número haverá que ter em conta o rendimento exigido ao titular do direito ao reagrupamento familiar. Na legislação actual, esse cálculo é feito a partir do Salário Mínimo Nacional. O total é calculado tendo em conta a dimensão do agregado familiar. O cálculo para duas situações teóricas é o seguinte:

Um casal (requerente + cônjuge): 

€870 (requerente) + €435 (cônjuge) = €1.305,00 por mês.

Um casal com um filho menor:

 €870 (requerente) + €435 (cônjuge) + €261 (filho) = €1.566,00 por mês.

A simples manutenção destes valores seria suficiente para inviabilizar a maioria dos pedidos de reagrupamento familiar, atendendo ao facto de grande parte dos imigrantes usufruírem baixos ordenados. Mas tal como aconteceu - e continua a acontecer - no negócio dos atestados de residência nas Juntas de Freguesia - os comprovativos de meios de subsistência adequados, requeridos por lei, são facilmente alvos de fraude. Um caso concreto diz respeito, por exemplo, ao comprovativo de um contrato de trabalho e recibos de vencimento. 

Nesta área, há milhares de empresas de prestação de serviços - na quase totalidade de imigrantes indostânicos - que emitem contratos de trabalho e recibos de vencimentos fictícios, mediante o pagamento regular de determinada quantia pelo imigrante que usufrui desse contrato. A quantia paga ultrapassa o montante "gasto" pela empresa, de forma a que esta tenha "lucro" com a operação. 

A descrição do "Objecto Social" dessas empresas ultrapassa, frequentemente, uma dezena de páginas, cobrindo toda e qualquer actividade imaginável. O governo também tenciona introduzir alterações nesta matéria, através de uma base de dados que permita o cruzamento de informações sobre as empresas e os imigrantes titulares de contratos de trabalho, quer sejam ou não requerentes de agrupamento familiar, incluindo também o cumprimento das obrigações fiscais de ambos - empresa e trabalhador. 

Para além deste maior controle, o ritmo de reagrupamentos familiares será mais reduzido, de forma administrativa. O governo considera que a capacidade de integração nacional de mais imigrantes não poderá ultrapassar os 20 mil, em 2026, somando tanto os pedidos feitos por imigrantes, individualmente,  como os pedidos em regime de reagrupamento familiar. Por decidir estará, ainda, qual a percentagem de cada um destes grupos. 

 

A destruição de Portugal: 3 milhões de imigrantes com as portas abertas

 

Entre 2000 e 2024, o número de imigrantes residentes nos países da União Europeia passou de 19 para 63 milhões. Em termos percentuais, o número de imigrantes passou de 5% em 2000 para 14% em 2024. Portugal tem 1,5 milhões de imigrantes. Se cada um deles, através do reagrupamento familiar, trouxer mulher e um filho para Portugal, teremos mais 3 milhões de imigrantes. No total, 4,5 milhões - quase metade da actual população portuguesa.

 
Os primeiros vestígios desta invasão já são visíveis: em 2024, cerca de 26% das crianças nascidas em Portugal eram filhas de mães estrangeiras. Aljezur, Vila do Bispo, Odemira e Albufeira foram os concelhos de Portugal onde, das crianças nascidas, mais de 50% eram filhas de mães estrangeiras. A evolução da imigração em Portugal, nos últimos anos, é a seguinte:

2020 - 666 mil imigrantes
2022 - 994 mil imigrantes
2023 - 1,293 milhões de imigrantes
2024 - 1.546 milhões de imigrantes 

El 53% de los asesinatos de mujeres en 2025 han sido cometidos por extranjeros

 

Los datos de Igualdad muestran que el 14,1% de la población ha cometido más de la mitad de los feminicidios. La inercia de los últimos años se asienta. El ejercicio 2023 cerró con 26 de 58 asesinatos de mujeres cometidos por extranjeros, el 44,8%, 2024 terminó con el 36,2%, y la primera mitad de 2025 va a terminar con ocho de quince feminicidios cometidos por varones nacidos fuera de España, el 53,3%. Esto supone que más de la mitad de los asesinatos de mujeres son cometidos por el 14,1% de la población. O, en otras palabras, que los asesinatos de mujeres perpetrados por extranjeros cuadruplican en proporción a los cometidos por españoles.

Estos datos, extraídos del Ministerio de Igualdad, baten un récord en la proporción de agresores extranjeros. El hito se marcó en 2023, que cerró con un 44,8% de los feminicidios cometidos por extranjeros, lo que supuso un gran aumento con respecto a 2022, cuando las víctimas por «violencia de género» ascendieron a 49. De estos, 30 murieron a manos de agresores nacidos en España y 19 agresores nacidos fuera de nuestras fronteras, el 38,8%. En 2021, ese porcentaje se reducía al 23,6%, lo que significa que se ha duplicado en los últimos cuatro años hasta superar el 50%.

Para encontrar el dato más semejante debemos retroceder hasta 2019, cuando hubo 55 víctimas, cuyos agresores fueron 33 españoles y 22 extranjeros, representando el 40% de los feminicidios. Si nos retrotraemos hasta 2003, que es el primer año en el que se comienzan a recabar datos, esta cifra se reduce al 15,5%, lo que significa que en 20 años se ha triplicado la presencia extranjera en este tipo de crímenes.

Imigração é para avançar já

 


Ao que apurou o Nascer do SOL, o pacote de medidas relativas à imigração tem prioridade antes de todas as outras políticas que o Executivo pretende colocar no terreno. A intenção de Luís Montenegro é aprovar legislação já na primeira reunião de trabalho de Governo que deverá realizar-se já no início da próxima semana. Em causa estão alterações à lei da nacionalidade e também à lei de reagrupamento familiar. 

Em cima da mesa está de novo a criação de uma unidade de estrangeiros e fronteiras na PSP, proposta que transita da anterior legislatura, na altura chumbada pelos votos contra de socialistas e do Chega.

O tema da imigração concentrou as atenções no debate do programa de governo que ocorreu esta semana. O executivo incluiu as prometidas alterações no documento que levou ao parlamento e o Chega reforçou o discurso anti-imigração, procurando dizer que apesar das promessas, o executivo ficou muito aquém no que considera necessário fazer em matéria de controlo da imigração.

Montenegro está apostado em dar passos rápidos neste setor, até para retirar discurso a André Ventura, por isso é que as ordens no Governo são para avançar já

Hero schoolboy tells how he saved girlfriend when her Muslim parents tried to strangle her in 'honor killing'

 

A heroic teenage boy has described how he saved his girlfriend's life as her parents allegedly tried to strangle her in an 'honor killing'. Ihsan Ali, 44, and his wife Zahraa Subhi Mohsin Ali, 40, are charged with second-degree attempted murder and attempted kidnapping after the attack on October 18. The girl, 17, who can't be named, ran away from home to Timberline High School in Lacey, Washington, after her parents tried to put her on a plane to Iraq.

'Her father had recently been threatening her with honor killing for refusing an arranged marriage with an older man in another county,' the girl told police. Shocking video showed Ihsan on the ground with his daughter in a chokehold outside the school, while classmates desperately tried to free her. Ihsan and Zahraa both pleaded not guilty and are expected to go on trial in July.
The girl met her boyfriend at the school after she fled her home and school officials arranged for her to stay at a women's shelter. However, the school did not arrange transport there, so the couple went outside to catch a bus, and spotted Ihsan's pickup truck in the car park.

The teenage boy explained to police in an interview on November 6 that a friend told him Ihsan had seen them and was heading their way. [The girl] was scared, shaking, and had a tremble in her voice,' Detective Julie Mullen wrote in a report obtained by the Daily Mail. The boy stood between his girlfriend and her father as they tried to get to the bus as it arrived, and attempted to separate them when Ihsan tried to pull her away.

Ihsan then allegedly punched him in the head and he remembered falling down and everything going black. '[He] said when he got up [the girl's] dad was "choking" her and [two other students] punched [Ihsan] in the face and people were yelling to call 911,' Mullen wrote. 'He started punching her dad in the face but he continued to choke [the girl] and said others were trying to pull her out while he continued to punch her dad in the head. 

'He continued to punch Ishan until his "head got soft" and he got knocked out. The boy then helped his girlfriend off the ground, but she 'couldn't breathe' and didn't know what was going on.

Enoch Powell's 'Rivers of Blood' speech

 


This is the full text of Enoch Powell's so-called 'Rivers of Blood' speech, which was delivered to a Conservative Association meeting in Birmingham on April 20 1968: 

The supreme function of statesmanship is to provide against preventable evils. […] Those who knowingly shirk it deserve, and not infrequently receive, the curses of those who come after.

A week or two ago I fell into conversation with a constituent, a middle-aged, quite ordinary working man employed in one of our nationalised industries.

After a sentence or two about the weather, he suddenly said: "If I had the money to go, I wouldn't stay in this country. I have three children, I shan't be satisfied till I have seen them all settled overseas. In this country in 15 or 20 years' time the black man will have the whip hand over the white man."

I can already hear the chorus of execration. How dare I say such a horrible thing? How dare I stir up trouble and inflame feelings by repeating such a conversation?

The answer is that I do not have the right not to do so. Here is a decent, ordinary fellow Englishman, who in broad daylight in my own town says to me, his Member of Parliament, that his country will not be worth living in for his children.

In 15 or 20 years, on present trends, there will be in this country three and a half million Commonwealth immigrants and their descendants. That is not my figure. That is the official figure given to parliament by the spokesman of the Registrar General's Office.

There is no comparable official figure for the year 2000, but it must be in the region of five to seven million, approximately one-tenth of the whole population. Of course, it will not be evenly distributed from Margate to Aberystwyth and from Penzance to Aberdeen. Whole areas, towns and parts of towns across England will be occupied by sections of the immigrant and immigrant-descended population.

It is this fact which creates the extreme urgency of action now, of just that kind of action which is hardest for politicians to take, action where the difficulties lie in the present but the evils to be prevented or minimised lie several parliaments ahead.

The natural and rational first question with a nation confronted by such a prospect is to ask: "How can its dimensions be reduced?"

The answers to the simple and rational question are equally simple and rational: by stopping, or virtually stopping, further inflow, and by promoting the maximum outflow.

Those whom the gods wish to destroy, they first make mad. We must be mad, literally mad, as a nation to be permitting the annual inflow of some 50,000 dependants, who are for the most part the material of the future growth of the immigrant-descended population. It is like watching a nation busily engaged in heaping up its own funeral pyre.

In these circumstances nothing will suffice but that the total inflow for settlement should be reduced at once to negligible proportions, and that the necessary legislative and administrative measures be taken without delay.

I turn to re-emigration. If all immigration ended tomorrow, the rate of growth of the immigrant and immigrant-descended population would be substantially reduced, but the prospective size of this element in the population would still leave the danger unaffected. This can only be tackled while a considerable proportion of the total still comprises persons who entered this country during the last ten years or so.

Hence the urgency now of the encouragement of re-emigration.

Nobody can estimate the numbers which, with generous assistance, would choose either to return to their countries of origin or to go to other countries anxious to receive the manpower and the skills they represent.

Even immigrants in my own constituency from time to time come to me, asking if I can find them assistance to return home. If such a policy were adopted and pursued with the determination which the gravity of the alternative justifies, the resultant outflow could appreciably alter the prospects.

The third element of the Conservative Party's policy is that all who are in this country as citizens should be equal before the law and that there shall be no discrimination or difference made between them by public authority. We will have no "first-class citizens" and "second-class citizens." This does not mean that the immigrant and his descendent should be elevated into a privileged or special class or that the citizen should be denied his right to discriminate in the management of his own affairs between one fellow-citizen and another.

The discrimination and the deprivation, the sense of alarm and of resentment, lies not with the immigrant population but with those among whom they have come and are still coming.

This is why to enact legislation of the kind before parliament at this moment is to risk throwing a match on to gunpowder. The kindest thing that can be said about those who propose and support it is that they know not what they do.

The Commonwealth immigrant came to Britain as a full citizen, to a country which knew no discrimination between one citizen and another, and he entered instantly into the possession of the rights of every citizen, from the vote to free treatment under the National Health Service.

But while, to the immigrant, entry to this country was admission to privileges and opportunities, the impact upon the existing population was very different. For they found themselves made strangers in their own country.

They found their wives unable to obtain hospital beds in childbirth, their children unable to obtain school places, their homes and neighbourhoods changed beyond recognition, their plans and prospects for the future defeated; at work they found that employers hesitated to apply to the immigrant worker the standards of discipline and competence required of the native-born worker; they began to hear, as time went by, more and more voices which told them that they were now the unwanted.

The sense of being a persecuted minority which is growing among ordinary English people in the areas of the country which are affected is something that those without direct experience can hardly imagine.

I am going to allow just one of those hundreds of people to speak for me:

“Eight years ago in a respectable street in Wolverhampton a house was sold to a Negro. Now only one white (a woman old-age pensioner) lives there. This is her story. She lost her husband and both her sons in the war. So she turned her seven-roomed house, her only asset, into a boarding house. She worked hard and did well, paid off her mortgage and began to put something by for her old age. Then the immigrants moved in. With growing fear, she saw one house after another taken over. The quiet street became a place of noise and confusion. Regretfully, her white tenants moved out.

“The day after the last one left, she was awakened at 7am by two Negroes who wanted to use her 'phone to contact their employer. When she refused, as she would have refused any stranger at such an hour, she was abused.

“When she goes to the shops, she is followed by children, charming, wide-grinning piccaninnies. They cannot speak English, but one word they know. "Racialist," they chant. When the new Race Relations Bill is passed, this woman is convinced she will go to prison.”

The other dangerous delusion is summed up in the word "integration." To be integrated into a population means to become for all practical purposes indistinguishable from its other members.

There are among the Commonwealth immigrants many thousands whose wish and purpose is to be integrated and whose every thought and endeavour is bent in that direction.

But to imagine that such a thing enters the heads of a great and growing majority of immigrants and their descendants is a ludicrous misconception, and a dangerous one.

We are on the verge here of a change.

Now we are seeing the growth of positive forces acting against integration, with a view to the exercise of actual domination, first over fellow-immigrants and then over the rest of the population. The words I am about to use, are those of a Labour Member of Parliament who is a minister in the present government:

'The Sikh communities' campaign to maintain customs inappropriate in Britain is much to be regretted. Working in Britain, particularly in the public services, they should be prepared to accept the terms and conditions of their employment. To claim special communal rights leads to a dangerous fragmentation within society. '

All credit to John Stonehouse for having had the insight to perceive that, and the courage to say it.

The immigrant communities can organise to consolidate their members, to agitate and campaign against their fellow citizens, and to dominate the rest with the legal weapons which the ignorant have provided. As I look ahead, I am filled with foreboding; like the Roman, I seem to see "the River Tiber foaming with much blood."

Only resolute and urgent action will avert it even now. Whether there will be the public will to demand and obtain that action, I do not know. All I know is that to see, and not to speak, would be the great betrayal. 

French police 'arrest 22-year-old British man accused of trying to marry girl aged nine at Disneyland Paris'

 

French police have arrested a 22-year-old man believed to be British amid claims he tried to marry a nine-year-old girl at Disneyland Paris on Saturday. Park staff were shocked to see the child, along with her family and around 100 guests, turn up for the event and quickly called the police. Officers arrived on the scene and took the man into custody along with the girl's 41-year-old mother, who is believed to be Ukrainian.

A statement issued by the prosecutor's office in the nearby town of Meaux said: 'Four people were arrested and questioned: the groom, who was believed to be the organiser of the event and is presumed to be British and aged 22; the mother of the child, a 41-year-old Ukrainian woman; and two Latvian nationals aged 55 and 24.'

It added that the 'police custody of the British suspect and a Latvian national was also extended on charges of fraud and money laundering.'  The prosecutor's office also confirmed that a criminal investigation has opened. The wedding ceremony was scheduled to take place at dawn as private events such as weddings at the theme park are organised outside public opening hours. Disneyland Paris told French newspaper Le Parisien that the event was immediately shut down by its team and that guests were stopped from entering the premises.
