PCTP/MRPP suspende propaganda com a frase "Morte aos Traidores"

Lisboa, 24 set (Lusa) - O PCTP/MRPP anunciou hoje que suspendeu do seu material de campanha eleitoral para as eleições legislativas de outubro a frase "Morte aos Traidores".

"O Comité Central do Partido e a Candidatura Nacional do PCTP/MRPP vêm comunicar que a palavra de ordem morte aos traidores foi suspensa da campanha eleitoral em curso", lê-se num comunicado enviado às redações.

O candidato do PCTP/MRPP pelo círculo eleitoral de Lisboa às eleições legislativas de 04 de outubro, Garcia Pereira, defendeu esta semana, em Palmela, que é preciso "correr com os traidores da Pátria e recuperar a independência do país", o que causou várias críticas e indignação em vários setores da sociedade.

Panfletos do partido para as eleições legislativas 2015 começavam com a frase "Morte aos Traidores ! Fora do Euro".
