UK High Court just released Haroon Aswat — an al-Qaeda-linked British citizen suspected of masterminding the 7/7 London bombings that slaughtered 52 innocent people and injured over 800.
This guy had direct phone contacts with the bombers, was caught with bomb-making manuals, and has a long terror rap sheet. Counter-terror police warned he's still a massive national security risk.
But the judges basically said "his condition got better," slapped on light monitoring so it doesn't "upset" him, and one even wished him "all the best" on his way out. Yet another Islamist terrorist let loose on the streets thanks to the "mental health" get-out-of-jail-free card.
